1. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using this website and obtaining B2B professional services from HC Global Ventures LLC (“HC Global Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado limited liability company formed on November 3, 2026, Colorado Entity ID 20268357049. A proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract may contain additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement, subject to applicable law. Visiting this website alone does not create a service contract or payment obligation.
2. Services
We provide IT consulting, custom software development, systems integration, digital solutions, business consulting, and related professional technology services remotely to business clients in the United States and international markets. The precise scope, deliverables, timeline, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable written agreement. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
3. Proposals and engagement acceptance
Services are offered by proposal and contract. An inquiry does not create a client relationship. We may accept or decline a potential engagement. Work begins only after the required agreement is approved and any stated initial payment or other condition is satisfied.
4. Fees, invoices, and taxes
Services are priced through individual quotations rather than fixed public packages. Fees, currency, taxes, invoice schedule, due dates, payment terms, and reimbursable expenses are specified in client agreements and invoices. The client is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless the agreement or law provides otherwise.
Payment instructions are supplied on invoices. Depending on operational availability, supported methods may include business bank transfers or card payments through Stripe. A method is offered only after it has been configured and tested. This website does not provide a checkout or collect or store payment-card information. Do not send card details by email.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely decisions, lawful access to systems and materials, and cooperation reasonably required for delivery. Clients represent that they have the right to provide any data, content, credentials, or instructions supplied for the engagement.
6. Changes and delays
Changes to scope, assumptions, timing, or deliverables may require a written change order, revised proposal, or updated fees. Delivery dates may depend on client inputs, third-party services, and other stated dependencies. Each party should promptly communicate circumstances that may affect delivery.
Services are delivered remotely. Depending on the scope, delivery may consist of software, system configuration, documentation, reports, or advisory sessions. Handover methods, review periods, acceptance, and any continuing support are defined in the agreement. There is no physical shipment unless expressly agreed.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of deliverables, pre-existing materials, third-party components, and work tools are defined in the applicable agreement. Unless expressly transferred in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.
8. Confidentiality and security
Confidentiality obligations and security requirements are established in the applicable agreement. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or sensitive production data through ordinary email. Where necessary, the parties may agree on an appropriate secure transfer method.
9. Third-party services
An engagement may depend on third-party platforms, software, hosting, or vendors. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. References to a provider describe a potential service or payment method and do not imply a partnership, certification, endorsement, or account approval.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
Any service warranty will be stated in the applicable agreement. To the extent permitted by law, this website and general informational content are provided “as is” without implied warranties. Professional services do not guarantee a particular commercial, regulatory, financial, or technical result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
Any agreed allocation or limitation of liability for professional services is set out in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension, termination, and cancellation
Either party may have suspension or termination rights under the applicable agreement. Payment obligations for completed work, approved milestones, committed resources, or non-cancellable third-party costs may survive termination. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
The applicable service agreement may specify governing law, venue, and a dispute resolution process. If it does not, applicable law and ordinary jurisdiction rules determine those matters; these website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive venue. Please first contact us with the engagement reference and a description of the issue so we can seek a practical resolution. This does not restrict legal rights or applicable deadlines.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes will not retroactively alter a signed agreement unless the parties agree in writing.
